Created and designed by Pensando en blanco, the space is rooted in an interior architecture conceived through materiality, use and human wellbeing. Bioconstruction, based on natural materials and a direct relationship with the surrounding environment, defines a way of building, designing and inhabiting spaces centred on care. Hemp, lime, plaster, water, cedar, iroko, ceramics and local stone coexist with stainless steel, creating an atmosphere that breathes, regulates and supports everyday life. Within this context, PEN COFFEE emerges as a small place to sit for a few minutes, look outside, reflect, enjoy a coffee and return to work with a renewed mindset.

Coffee holds a unique tension in the present. Preparing it requires time, attention and the right temperature; drinking it, however, may take only a few minutes. This brevity naturally reflects today’s pace and constant activity, but it also creates an opportunity: to pause, even briefly, and turn that interruption into a moment for reflection and disconnection.

TAM Inox activates that pause through furniture. The stool becomes a point of support, the bench a place to gather, and the circular composition a way of organising relationships between people.
