Abasotas Food Studio is a place that embodies the balance between personal and professional life; a space that shifts with the light and adapts to the rhythm of the day.

Abasotas Food Studio transforms. Isa, who leads the project, turns the home into a studio, the studio into a shop, and the shop into a workshop–cafeteria. A single space that welcomes family, friends, and clients alike. The day unfolds among orders and conversations, and it doesn’t end until the last ray of light. In this environment, each piece of the Supra collection fulfils more than one function: it supports, organises, and facilitates the continuous movement of those who inhabit it.

Supra Dune and Fumé reflect the adaptability of spaces as time passes—even as the hours change. Supra converses with the morning light, filling with brightness as the workshop awakens; at midday, it sustains the pace of work; at dusk, the atmosphere becomes warm and intimate. Transparency, texture, and scent coexist and shift depending on the incidence of light.

When you purchase a piece of furniture, you imagine it for a specific moment and place, but life transforms spaces as we live in them. What we designed yesterday feels different today: spaces change with us. A kitchen counter with stools to serve clients; a dining table to gather family; or a table by the window, flooded with natural light in the morning and softened by a dim glow in the afternoon—perfect for brunch, breakfast, or reading with a coffee.

We live in a rugged environment, next to a cliff that mirrors the character of the Cantabrian coast: winds, rain, and constant shifts in light from dawn to dusk. This landscape inspires Supra’s materiality and its vocation for everyday use, both domestic and professional.
